Now, the ESPN app and website offer an easy-to-read schedule that shows you all the live sports happening on any given day. And the best part? It tells you exactly where you can watch it. No more digging through multiple apps and websites. If it’s being played, it’s listed. This includes everything from broadcast networks like ABC (owned by Disney, which also owns ESPN), CBS, Fox, and NBC to streaming services like ESPN+, MLB.tv, Amazon Prime Video, and WNBA League Pass.
In an era where companies often complicate things to prioritize their own interests, ESPN’s ‘Where to Watch’ is a breath of fresh air. It’s a welcome change from the often confusing approach of apps like Apple Sports, which pushes users towards its own platform even when the content is actually streamed elsewhere.
The new feature allows you to customize your experience by prioritizing certain leagues or sports. For example, if you’re only interested in Major League Baseball, you can choose to see only those events. You can also select specific channels or streaming services to tailor the results even further. Or, you can simply let the feature sort things out for you and see everything that’s available.
There’s also a handy search option, perfect for finding specific games or matches for your favorite teams or schools. Simply search for the team or school, and ESPN will show you all their upcoming events and where to watch them.

The ‘Where to Watch’ feature is available on the ESPN app and website through a small computer icon in the top right corner. So next time you’re looking for a live sports event, head over to ESPN and let their new feature do the searching for you.
