The Bentonville E-bike Rebate Program, launched by the City of Bentonville and managed by APTIM, has experienced tremendous initial success. On its launch day, APTIM’s online portal received over 500 pre-applications, making it the highest per capita number of first-day applicants among APTIM’s five e-bike rebate programs nationwide. This surge in interest reflects the growing demand for sustainable transportation options and the community’s enthusiasm for a greener future.
To manage the high demand, APTIM has redesigned its portal to pre-check applicants’ income, household size, and zip code for eligibility. This streamlined process ensures a smoother and more efficient application experience. Furthermore, APTIM’s proprietary em4all process ensures equitable distribution of rebates, ensuring accessibility for residents with language, technology, and scheduling challenges.

Since its inception, APTIM has successfully processed over 16,000 e-bike rebates and nearly 6,000 equipment rebates, totaling more than $16.9 million in rebate value. After the application period, eligible recipients are randomly selected and have several days to provide proof of eligibility. Once approved, they receive a point-of-sale voucher to reduce the purchase price of an e-bike and safety equipment at participating retailers. Real-time dashboards provide complete transparency for APTIM’s clients to track program progress.
