The GB200 NVL36 and NVL72 AI servers were originally slated to be delivered at the end of October and early November, respectively. However, production difficulties with the advanced CoWoS-L packaging technology used to connect the GPU and HBM (High Bandwidth Memory) pushed the timeline back to January.
