Bentonville E-Bike Rebate Program Breaks Record for Applicants

The Bentonville E-Bike Rebate Program, launched in September 2024, has made a significant impact on the community, setting a record for the highest number of first-day applicants per capita among APTIM’s five e-bike rebate programs across the US.

APTIM, a leading administrator of e-bike rebate programs, witnessed an overwhelming response on the launch day, with over 500 pre-applications submitted through their user-friendly portal. This portal, designed with enhanced features and capabilities, successfully managed the high demand while upholding APTIM’s commitment to equitable distribution through its proprietary em4allTM process.

To ensure fair access, the portal was redesigned to pre-check applicant income, household size, and zip code for eligibility. The em4all process further guarantees that residents facing language barriers, technology limitations, or scheduling challenges have equal opportunities to participate in the program.

The City of Bentonville is actively working towards a greener future for its residents by promoting low-carbon, cost-effective transportation options. These initiatives are crucial in reducing emissions and creating a more sustainable environment for all.

“APTIM is proud to support our clients in their transition to e-mobility and make their communities more sustainable,” said APTIM Senior Project Manager Marcus Rozbitsky. “Our dedication to continuous learning, innovation, and service, coupled with our unique em4all random selection process, has allowed us to stay ahead in the industry. The overwhelming response from Bentonville residents demonstrates the growing need for e-mobility options and highlights the positive impact these programs have on transforming communities.”

APTIM’s dedication to promoting sustainable transportation solutions is evident in their impressive track record. They have successfully processed over 16,000 e-bike rebates and nearly 6,000 equipment rebates, totaling over $16.9 million in rebate value. Following the application period, a random selection process determines the recipients, who are then given a grace period to provide proof of eligibility. Approved recipients receive point-of-sale vouchers to purchase e-bikes and safety equipment from participating retailers. APTIM ensures complete transparency for their clients by providing real-time dashboards that track the program’s progress.

The Bentonville E-Bike Rebate Program is accepting additional applications during two upcoming periods: from October 7 at 9 a.m. to October 14 at 10 a.m., and again from November 4 at 9 a.m. to November 12 at 10 a.m. Learn more about the program and how to apply here.
