4. Ek kadhai mein tel garam karein aur baingan ko halka brown hone tak fry karein.
5. Ab kadhai mein pyaz aur lahsun bhunein, phir tamatar aur masale daal kar gravy bana lein.
6. Fry kiye hue baingan gravy mein daalein aur dheemi aanch par pakne dein.
