BluSmart ka Gensol se kya connection hai? Aur ab kya hoga?
Dosto, aajkal ek badi interesting khabar aa rahi hai business world se. BluSmart, woh cab service jo electric cars use karti hai, uske co-founder Anmol Jaggi ki company Gensol ke upar SEBI ne karyawahi ki hai. Isse BluSmart ke future par bhi sawal uth rahe hain.
Gensol ka funda kya tha?
Gensol ek engineering company thi jisko Jaggi brothers ne 2007 mein shuru kiya tha. Yeh company solar power plants bhi banati thi aur electric vehicles ko lease par bhi deti thi. BluSmart ko bhi Gensol se hi EVs lease par milti thi.
Phir problem kya hui?
SEBI ko shak hua ki Gensol ne loan ke paison ka galat istemal kiya hai. Unhone 6,400 electric cars kharidne ke liye 975 crore rupaye ka loan liya tha, lekin sirf 4,704 cars hi खरीदी गईं, woh bhi 567.73 crore mein. Baki ke paise kahan gaye?
BluSmart ka kya hoga?
BluSmart aur Gensol ke co-founders same hain, isliye dono companies kaafi close thi. Ab jab Gensol mushkil mein hai, toh BluSmart ka future bhi uncertain hai. Delhi, Mumbai aur Bengaluru mein toh BluSmart ki services band ho gayi hain.
