Capacit’e Infraprojects ko bada order mila, shares bhi upar gaye!
Aaj kal market mein dher sara news hai, lekin yeh news toh khaas hai! Shares of Capacit’e Infraprojects Ltd. aaj 3% se zyada badh gaye kyuki unhe Mumbai mein ek building banane ka bada order mila hai.
Yeh hai pura maamla
Indus Co-Operative Housing Society ne yeh order diya hai, jismein do buildings banenge. Pehli building Chembur mein banegi, aur usme commercial space bhi hoga. Is project ki keemat lagbhag 295 crore rupees hai. Company ke Managing Director, Rahul Katyal, ne is news par khushi jatayi aur kaha, “Humein unke vishwas par garv hai, aur yeh hamari company ki reputation ko aur mazboot karta hai.”
Aur bhi orders mil rahe hain
Isse pehle, company ko TenX Realty Ltd. se bhi ek order mila tha, jo Raymond Ltd. ki subsidiary hai. Yeh order Bandra mein ek project ke liye tha, aur iski keemat 220 crore rupees thi.
Pehle bhi mile hain bade orders
Is saal ke shuruwat mein, Capacit’e Infraprojects ko NBCC (India) Ltd. se bhi ek bada order mila tha, jiska value 1,320 crore rupees tha. Yeh order residential apartments ke development ke liye tha.
Shares ki baat karein toh…
Capacit’e Infra ke shares aaj 3.18% tak badhkar 382.70 rupees per share par pahunch gaye. Yeh January 20 ke baad ka sabse high level hai.
Experts kya kehte hain?
Bloomberg ke data ke hisab se, teen analysts ne company ko ‘buy’ rating di hai, aur unka मानना है ki agle 12 mahino mein share price aur bhi badh sakta hai.
