Chicken Makhanwala: Ekdum Jhakaas Recipe

Ingredients
Chicken, desi ghee, white butter, green chilli paste, ginger-garlic paste, brown onion, tomatoes, cashew nuts, coconut cream/milk, desiccated coconut, spices (red chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala, salt).
Recipe
1. Chicken cubes ko salt laga kar grill karein.
2. Desi ghee aur white butter garam karein. Green chilli paste, ginger-garlic paste, brown onion, tomatoes aur cashew nuts daal kar saute karein.
3. Grilled chicken daalein, cover karein aur 20 minutes steam hone dein.
4. Coconut cream/milk daalein aur 10 minutes simmer karein.
5. Desiccated coconut daalein, mix karein aur taiyaar hai aapka Chicken Makhanwala. Fresh coriander se garnish karein aur naan, lachha paratha ya roti ke saath serve karein.
Serving Options
Butter naan, lachha paratha, jeera rice ya steamed basmati rice ke saath Chicken Makhanwala ekdum perfect combination hai.
Tips
Extra creamy texture ke liye fresh cream ya coconut milk use karein. Smoky flavour ke liye chicken ko grill karein. Cashews ko pehle bhigo dein. Butter jarur daalein, yehi dish ko rich banata hai.
