Cumberland County Election Results: Primaries Concluded

In a closely watched primary election, voters in Cumberland County turned out to cast their ballots. With all 118 precincts reporting, 21,592 Democrats and 27,024 Republicans participated in the election, resulting in a total of 48,616 ballots cast. The Bureau of Elections also issued 18,894 mail-in and absentee ballots, of which 14,963 were returned and counted. The unofficial results paint a picture of a competitive race, with both parties seeing a significant number of votes. The official results will be certified in the coming days, and the winners will move on to the general election in the fall.
