Neo Apex Venture ne 2.9 lakh shares (0.76% equity) Rs 122.68 per share ke hisab se buy kiye, total Rs 3.55 crore mein. Dusri taraf, Multiplier Share & Stock Advisors ne 3.15 lakh shares (0.83% equity) Rs 122.68 per share par sell kiye, jiska total Rs 3.9 crore bana.

Iske pehle, Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) ne company ke promoters, Anmol Singh Jaggi aur Puneet Singh Jaggi par fund diversion aur record falsification ke aarop mein rok laga di. Is wajah se Gensol Engineering ke share prices all-time low par aa gaye, Rs 122.68 per share tak gir gaye. Yeh 5% lower circuit limit ko hit kar gaya.
Jaggi brothers ko hataya gaya!
SEBI ne Jaggi brothers ko company mein koi bhi key managerial position hold karne se mana kar diya hai, matlab unhe leadership roles se hata diya gaya hai. Iske saath hi, market watchdog ne Gensol ke stock split announcement ko bhi rok diya hai, jisse investors ka sentiment aur bhi kharab hua.
Paison ka kya hua?
Investigation mein yeh pata chala hai ki Gensol ne 6,400 electric vehicles kharidne ke liye Rs 975 crore ka loan liya tha. Lekin, sirf 4,704 EVs hi Rs 567.73 crore mein kharide gaye, aur baki ke Rs 200 crore ka kuch pata nahi chala. Isse company ke financial practices aur integrity par sawal uth rahe hain.
