Indian Energy Exchange Ltd. (IEX) ne chourth quarter mein kamaal kar dikhaaya hai! Unka net profit 21% badh kar Rs 117.1 crore hogaya hai. Pichle saal issi time pe profit sirf Rs 96.7 crore tha. Yeh toh badi baat hai!
Poora saal bhi amazing raha!
Saal bhar mein bhi IEX ne kamaal kiya hai. Unka consolidated net profit Rs 429.2 crore hua hai, jabki pichle saal ye Rs 350.8 crore tha. Total income bhi Rs 657.4 crore hogaya, Rs 550.8 crore se upar!
Dividend ka bonus bhi hai!
Directors ne final dividend ka bhi announcement kar diya hai – Rs 1.5 per share! Record date 16 May, 2025 hai. Shareholders ko ye dividend 30 din ke andar milega, AGM approval ke baad.
Electricity trading mein record!
IEX ne Q4 FY25 mein electricity trading mein record banaya hai! 31.7 billion units traded hue hain, yeh 18.1% year-on-year increase hai. Renewable energy certificates (RECs) ki trading bhi 108% badhi hai, 68 lakh RECs traded hue hain.
Standalone results bhi strong rahe!
IEX ke standalone results bhi strong rahe. Q4 FY25 mein standalone net profit 17.8% badh kar Rs 112 crore hogaya. Poora saal (FY25) mein total electricity trading 121 BUs rahi, 18.7% YoY increase! RECs trading bhi record 178 lakh units pe pahunch gayi. Standalone PAT bhi 21.4% badh kar Rs 414.6 crore hogaya.
