India aur US ke Beech Trade Talks!
India aur US ki teams ke beech ek hafta chali baat cheet mein market access, digital trade, aur customs jaise issues par discussion hua. Dono deshon ke beech Bilateral Trade Agreement (BTA) ko lekar negotiations chal rahi hain. Ek official ne bataya ki dono taraf se BTA ko jald se jald final karne par sahamati bani hai.
BTA ka Pehla Phase Kab Tak?
India aur US September-October 2025 tak mutually beneficial BTA ka pehla phase complete karne ke liye kaam kar rahe hain. Iske liye US delegation Additional US Trade Representative ke netritva mein 4-10 June tak India mein tha.
Kin Muddo Par Hui Baat?
Is visit mein, market access, SPS (sanitary and phyto-sanitary/TBT (technical barriers to trade), digital trade, customs aur trade facilitation, aur legal framework jaise important muddo par detail mein baat hui. Official ne bataya ki US side ke saath negotiations productive rahi aur ek balanced agreement banane mein madad mili, jisse dono deshon ko fayda hoga.
Interim Trade Agreement Kab Tak?
India aur America June ke end tak ek interim trade agreement par sahamat ho sakte hain. New Delhi domestic goods par 26% reciprocal tariff se full exemption chahta hai. US ne proposed tariffs ko 9 July tak suspend kar diya hai. Umeed hai ki interim trade deal usse pehle final ho jayegi.

US, 2024-25 mein lagatar chauthe saal India ka sabse bada trading partner raha, jiska bilateral trade $131.84 billion tha. India ke total goods exports mein US ka hissa lagbhag 18% hai, imports mein 6.22% aur desh ke total merchandise trade mein 10.73% hai.
