Interarch Building Solutions Ltd. ko FY26 mein 17.5% growth ki umeed hai. Managing director Arvind Nanda ke anusaar, infrastructure company aagle do saalon mein har saal 20% growth par nazar rakhe hue hai. Kya baat hai! Unhone NDTV Profit ko bataya ki FY28 ke baad, production, engineering aur sales mein capacity badhane se aur bhi tezi se growth ho sakti hai.
Future Plans
Nanda ne kaha, “FY26 ke liye, hum 17.5% ki umeed kar rahe hain, phir 20% aur 20%. Market jis tarah se perform kar raha hai aur business aa raha hai, use dekh kar mujhe lagta hai ki humen FY28 se aage thoda aur growth ke liye plan karna hoga.” Unhone aage kaha ki additional capacity mein aane mein lagbhag ek saal lagta hai, isliye FY28 ke baad percentage badhna chahiye. Lekin FY28 tak, production aur sales turnover Rs 2,500 crore hone ki umeed hai.
Q4 FY25 Results aur Order Pipeline
Nanda ne Q4 FY25 results par highlight kiya ki strong numbers ko ek robust order pipeline aur semiconductors, EVs aur data centres jaise sectors par government ke focus se support mila. Unhone yeh bhi kaha ki ek bada private sector push bhi hai, aur bahut saari videshi companies aa rahi hain. Interarch unki supply chain ka hissa banne ki koshish kar raha hai, jise sarkar FTAs ke saath encourage kar rahi hai.
Order Book Outlook
Order book outlook par Nanda ne samjhaya ki pre-engineered building projects typically 10–12 months mein complete ho jaate hain, isliye bade order backlogs nahi hote. Unhone kaha ki Interarch ki capacity growth par bahut kuch depend karta hai, jismein engineering design, production aur project management bhi shamil hain.
Capacity Expansion
Growth ko support karne ke liye, Interarch Andhra Pradesh aur Kichha, Uttarakhand mein new plants ke saath capacity expand kar raha hai, aur Gujarat mein land acquire kar raha hai. Company southern states mein engineering offices bhi open kar rahi hai. Premier Explosives ko FY26 mein 18–20% margin ki umeed hai.
