Reliance Group ke Jio Financial Services Ltd. ne Monday, 14 April ko Exchange ko bataya ki Board Meeting 17 April ko hogi, jismein financial year March 2025 (FY25) ke audited financial results approve kiye jayenge. Is meeting mein, board dividend recommend bhi karega, agar koi hua toh.
SEBI ke rules ke hisab se, trading window 1 April se lekar company ke FY25 financial results public hone ke 48 hours tak band rahegi. Yeh directors, promoters, aur dusre designated persons ke liye hai.

Jio Financial Services Ltd. ke shares pichle 5 trading sessions mein 10% se zyada badhe hain aur NSE par ek mahine mein kareeb 9%. Lekin, pichle 6 mahino mein yeh 27.41% gire hain aur ek saal mein 33%. Year-to-date basis par, Jio Financial Services ke shares 20% gire hain.
Stock ne 52-week high Rs 394.70, 23 April 2024 ko touch kiya tha. Iska 52-week low 3 March 2025 ko Rs 198.6 tha.
Q3 Results
December 2024 quarter mein, Jio Financial Services ka revenue 3% quarter-on-quarter badhkar Rs 29,307 crore ho gaya, jo pehle Rs 28,338 crore tha. Profit 4% badhkar Rs 6,477 crore ho gaya, jo pichle quarter mein Rs 6,231 crore tha.
Ebitda bhi 3% badhkar Rs 15,478 crore ho gaya, jo pehle Rs 15,036 crore tha. Lekin, margins thoda gir kar 52.81% ho gaya, jo September 2024 quarter mein 53.06% tha.
