During the event, Kapil Sharma shared an interesting story. He revealed that the popular band Coldplay wanted to be on his show! Coldplay had rocking concerts in Mumbai and Ahmedabad last month. Kapil humorously shared how the band got in touch via email expressing their interest to be a part of his show. Kapil wittily quipped, “We told the makers to keep the set ready all year round. You won’t believe people were buying Coldplay tickets, and we got emails saying they wanted to be on our show. We told them, ‘You should’ve come, but our show wasn’t on then.’ So, a humble request to Netflix – please keep the show running.”
Kapil Sharma Addresses Rift with Sunil Grover
When asked about his infamous [[rift]] with Sunil Grover, Kapil took it in stride, saying, “Season 3 is for them; for us, it’s just another episode. We’re used to 200-episode series and don’t stop until we fight amongst ourselves.”
