KFintech ne Ascent Fund Services mein majority stake acquire kiya
Aaj kal business news mein ek bada update hai. KFin Technologies, ek leading financial services company, ne Singapore based Ascent Fund Services Pte. Ltd. mein 51% stake acquire kar liya hai. Yeh deal $34.7 million dollars mein hui hai, aur agale paanch saal mein KFintech ka poora ownership (100%) ho jayega.
