Science ki duniya mein ek bada kamaal hua hai! Scientists ne pehli baar light ko “supersolid” mein badal diya hai. Yeh sunne mein thoda ajeeb lag sakta hai, lekin yeh physics ke field mein ek game-changer hai.
Light ka Solid Avatar: Kya hai yeh Supersolid?
Aam taur par, hum light ko energy ke roop mein jaante hain. Lekin is nayi research mein, scientists ne light ko ek solid material mein badal diya hai, jiske kai extraordinary properties hain. Daniele Sanvitto, CNR-Nanotec, Lecce mein research director aur advanced photonics group ke head, kehte hain, “Yeh kaam sirf ek photonic platform mein supersolid phase ko demonstrate nahin karta, balki non-equilibrium systems mein matter ke quantum phases ki exploration ka raasta bhi kholta hai.” Unka kehna hai ki is approach mein fundamental science aur practical applications ke beech ke gap ko bridge karne ki potential hai.
Light Emitting Devices ki Nayi Peedhi?
Dario Gerace, co-author aur University of Pavia mein professor, kehte hain ki “Is exotic state of condensed matter ko ek fluid of light mein realize karne se humein iski physical properties ko ek naye aur controlled tareeke se investigate karne ka mauka milega, aur shayad iski unique characteristics ko new light-emitting devices mein use karne ka bhi.”
