Motilal Oswal Cuts GR Infra’s Earnings Estimates
Market analysis firm Motilal Oswal has reduced its earnings estimates for GR Infraprojects Ltd. This comes after the company’s performance in the first nine months of FY25 was below expectations, and the management’s guidance on [[Ebitda]] margins was lower than anticipated.
Ebitda and EPS Estimates Revised
Motilal Oswal has lowered its [[Ebitda]] estimates for FY25, FY26, and FY27 by 6%, 19%, and 13%, respectively. As a result, their EPS estimates have also been adjusted downwards by 4%, 12%, and 8% for the same years.
Positive Outlook Despite Revisions
Despite the lowered estimates, the outlook for GR Infraprojects remains positive. The company has a healthy order book and a strong pipeline of new projects. Analysts at Motilal Oswal predict a 9% revenue compound annual growth rate (CAGR) for GR Infra from FY24 to FY27, with [[Ebitda]] margins expected to stay between 12% and 14%.
