Heatstroke Se Bachne Ke Upay
Agar kisi ko heatstroke lag jaaye toh usey turant thandi jagah par le jao aur body temperature kam karne ki koshish karo. Geele kapde se pocho, normal temperature ka paani sir par daalo. ORS, nimbu paani ya aise drinks do jo body mein paani ki kami ko pura karein. Aur haan, jaldi se nearest health centre ya hospital le jao kyunki heatstroke jaanleva bhi ho sakta hai.
