Apne post mein, jiska title hai “I feel like my workplace is triggering my misogyny”, user ne kaha ki woh khud ko “kafi feminist” maanta tha, lekin jab se usne kaam karna shuru kiya hai, tab se woh dekh raha hai ki mardon aur auraton ke saath kaisa alag bartav kiya jaata hai.
Kya hain woh unfair advantages?

Usne kaha ki uski female colleagues bhi is workplace bias ko agree karti hain. “Yeh toh almost pakka hai ki ek good looking aurat bina skills ke bhi promote ho jaayegi… Is situation se dukh hota hai, ya toh aapko best banna hoga aur apni puri life deni hogi ya phir puri life sideline rehna hoga,” usne likha.

Yeh post turant online viral ho gaya, aur kai users ne apne views share kiye. Ek user ne likha, “Mere office mein toh ulta tha.. mardon ko zyada importance di jaati thi taki manager ka promotion ho sake aur woh hua bhi”. Dusre user ne comment kiya, “Tum abhi bhi feminist ho, bhai. Feminist matlab sabke saath equal treatment, gender se fark nahi padta. Sirf auraton ki upliftment ki baat nahi hai. Tum jo face kar rahe ho woh bhi patriarchy ka hi result hai! Strong raho, bhai! Aur jab zarurat ho toh logon aur actions ko call out karo. (Jaanta hun, kehna aasaan hai, karna mushkil)”. Teesre user ne kaha, “Tumhein apne workplace se nafrat karni chahiye, auraton se nahi. Apne bosses se nafrat karo jo mardon ko exploit kar rahe hain. Aurat se nahi. Itna simple hai”. Ek aur user ne likha, “Tum sahi ho unfairness notice karne mein, lekin yeh lene wale ki galti nahi hai. Dene wale ko blame karna chahiye”.
Is news se pata chalta hai ki workplace equality ke issue pe abhi bhi kaafi baat hone ki zarurat hai. Yeh mudda global hai aur har jagah ispe dhyaan dene ki zarurat hai.
