TIME Magazine ne Papa’s ko ‘World’s Greatest Places’ 2025 mein shaamil karte hue kaha ki yeh restaurant khulne ke ek saal ke andar hi India ke top restaurants mein se ek ban gaya. Papa’s ka naam Chef Hussain ke mentor, late Indian-American chef Floyd Cardoz, jinhe Papa-ji kaha jaata tha, unko tribute hai. Magazine ne restaurant ke special dishes, Bugs Bunny, rasam with cured trout and watermelon, lamb Wellington cooked korma-style, char siu shaped like modak, aur tuna samosas ki bhi tareef ki.
