RTE Provisions Par Court Ka Dhyaan
Supreme Court ne kaha hai ki Centre aur states, dono ko RTE (Right to Education) ke provisions ko sahi se implement karna chahiye. Iska matlab hai, education sabke liye important hai aur dono sarkaron ko milkar kaam karna hoga.
Centre Aur States Ki Zimmedari
Court ne emphasize kiya hai ki education sirf ek ki nahi, balki dono sarkaron ki zimmedari hai. RTE Act ke andar jo bhi rules aur regulations hain, unko zameen par utaarna hoga. Baccho ko achhi shiksha milni chahiye, yeh sunishchit karna hoga.
Education For All: Kyun Important Hai?
Education sabke liye zaroori hai. Jab sab padhenge aur likhenge, tabhi toh desh aage badhega. Supreme Court bhi yehi chahta hai ki koi bhi baccha shiksha se vanchit na rahe.
