Sebi ka nayi idea: AIF ke liye co-investment ki flexibility
Sebi ne ek bada faisla liya hai! Unhone alternative investment funds (AIFs) ko investors ke saath co-investment karne ki flexibility dene ka proposal rakha hai. Yeh ek bada change hai AIF industry ke liye. Aisa karne se, investors ko zyada opportunities milenge.
Co-investment kya hai?
Socho, aapke paas ek company mein investment hai, aur aapko ussi company mein aur investment karne ka chance mil raha hai. Yeh hai co-investment! AIFs ab apne investors ko unlisted securities mein zyada investment karne ka mauka de sakenge.
Kya kya badlav hone wale hain?
Sebi ne kaha hai ki AIFs, Co-Investment Vehicle (CIV) ke through co-investment kar sakte hain. Yeh ek alag scheme hogi, jismein sirf co-investment hoga. CIV, AIF (Category I ya Category II) ka hi ek scheme hoga. Har co-investment ke liye alag CIV scheme launch karna hoga. Har scheme ka alag bank account, demat account aur PAN hoga. Sirf accredited investors hi isme invest kar sakenge.
Kuchh rules mein chhut bhi milengi!
Investment diversification norms, manager/sponsor investment commitment, aur minimum tenure ki requirements CIV scheme pe apply nahi hogi. Lekin, Sebi ne saaf kiya hai ki is flexibility ka galat istemal na ho, isliye ek standard-setting forum rules banayega.
