Smartworks July 10 ko capital market mein entry marega apne initial public offering (IPO) ke saath. Yeh issue July 14 ko close hoga. Company ne IPO ka size kam kar diya hai.

Fresh issue ka size Rs 550 crore se ghata kar Rs 445 crore kar diya gaya hai, jabki promoters dwara offer for sale (OFS) ko 67.59 lakh shares se ghata kar 33.79 lakh shares kar diya gaya hai. Changes toh hue hain!
Paison Ka Kya Hoga?
Total proceeds mein se Rs 226 crore capital expenditure ke liye use honge, jaise ki naye centers mein fit-outs aur security deposits. Rs 114 crore loans chukane ke liye allocate kiye jayenge, aur baki funds general corporate purposes ke liye use honge.
