Super Iron Foundry Ltd. ka IPO, jo Tuesday ko launch hua tha, Thursday ko bidding ke liye band ho raha hai. Yeh SME IPO primary market se Rs 68.05 crore jutaane ka lakshya rakhta hai. Super Iron Foundry IPO ek fixed-price issue hai, jismein sirf 63.01 lakh fresh shares issue kiye ja rahe hain. Yahaan koi offer-for-sale (OFS) component nahi hai. IPO ki price Rs 108 per share fixed ki gayi hai.
Retail investors kam se kam 1,200 shares ke liye bid laga sakte hain, jiska matlab Rs 1,29,600 ka investment. High net-worth individuals (HNIs) kam se kam 2,400 shares (2 lots) ke liye bid kar sakte hain, jiske liye Rs 2,59,200 ka minimum investment karna hoga.
63,01,201 shares mein se 29,92,800 (47.5%) non-institutional investors ke liye aur 29,92,800 (47.5%) retail investors ke liye reserve hain.
