Opening on April 26 at the Palais Galliera in Paris, ‘Fashion On The Move #2’ delves into the historical and cultural relationship between movement, athleticism, and clothing. Spanning three centuries, the exhibition showcases 300 pieces sourced from the museum’s collections, illustrating how social, cultural, and political forces have shaped the design and functionality of sportswear.
Valley of Fire State Park is constructing a new visitor center, scheduled to open in fall 2025. The center will feature interactive exhibits showcasing the park’s cultural and geological history, replicas of slot canyons and landscapes, a larger gift shop, and an outdoor amphitheater. Construction is funded in part by a $7 million grant from the Helmsley Charitable Trust.
