TASMAC mein corruption ka shor, kya sach mein hua hai ghotala?
Tamil Nadu ke Excise Minister V Senthil Balaji ne Enforcement Directorate (ED) ke corruption ke aaropon ko seedha reject kar diya hai. ED ne TASMAC, Tamil Nadu State Marketing Corporation, mein 1,000 crore rupaye ke ghotala hone ka daava kiya tha. Yeh agency sharab bechne wali sarkaari agency hai.
Balaji ji ne kaha ki ED, jisko opposition parties central government ka hathiyar maanti hain, unko badnaam karne ke liye aise aarop laga rahi hai, khaaskar election se pehle. Tamil Nadu mein agle saal election hone wale hain.
“ED ne abhi tak FIR ki details nahi di hai. Paison ke transfer ya transportation mein koi corruption nahi hua hai… Yeh jo irregularities hain woh bottling firms ki taraf se hain, TASMAC ki nahi… Tamil Nadu government ka ismein koi role nahi hai,” Balaji ji ne reporters ko bataya.
Unhone kaha, “ED ka motive galat hai… woh Tamil Nadu government ko badnaam karna chahti hai budget speech se pehle. Yeh 1,000 crore rupaye ke corruption ka aarop baseless hai.”
ED ne TASMAC par corruption ka aarop lagaya hai
ED ne kaha hai ki uske paas saboot hai ki TASMAC ke tenders mein manipulation hui hai, aur distillery companies ke through 1,000 crore rupaye ke unaccounted cash transactions hue hain.
ED ne last week distilleries ke corporate offices, employees, TASMAC aur government offices par raids maare the. In raids mein “incriminating” data mila hai bar license tenders, kuch distilleries ko favor kiye jaane, aur sales points par har bottle par 10 se 30 rupaye extra charge kiye jaane ke baare mein.
ED ka kehna hai ki kuch distilleries ne apne expenses ko “systematically inflate” kiya aur “bogus” purchases dikha kar 1,000 crore rupaye ka “unaccounted” cash nikala hai.
Minister ne aaropon ko khataa kiya
Balaji ji ne kaha ki tenders online execute kiye gaye the aur 24 districts ke liye end-to-end procurements kiye gaye hain. “Baaki districts mein bhi jaldi hi yeh process complete ho jayega,” unhone kaha.
“Distilleries se TASMAC stores mein alcohol ki procurement last three months ki average sales ke आधार par ki gayi thi. Kisi bhi distillery ko koi concession nahi diya gaya.”
Political jung chhid gayi
ED ke aaropon se Tamil Nadu ki politics mein hulchal mach gayi hai. Opposition party AIADMK aur BJP, dono hi budget speech ke दौरान Assembly se walkout kar gaye.
AIADMK chief E Palaniswami ne reporters se kaha ki yeh TASMAC scam 40,000 crore rupaye tak ka ho sakta hai, aur Chief Minister MK Stalin aur unki government se istifa maanga.
“ED raid ke baad bhi government ne koi action nahi liya. Hum demand karte hain ki DMK government istifa de… ED ne kaha hai ki 1,000 crore rupaye se zyada ka corruption hua hai. Lekin ho sakta hai ki yeh 40,000 crore rupaye se zyada ka ho. Investigation jaari hai.”
BJP ne bhi is mudde par DMK par attack kiya hai.
Balaji ji ne kaha ki unki legal team unke September mein reinstatement ke baare mein pooche gaye sawalon ka jawab degi. Supreme Court ne unhe corruption case mein bail di thi, aur uske kuch din baad hi unhe wapas minister bana diya gaya tha.
