Telangana government ne Monday ko ek bada announcement kiya hai. Unhone Scheduled Castes (SC) categorisation ko implement karne ka order issue kar diya hai. Yeh news sunke sabhi log hairan hain. Irrigation Minister N Uttam Kumar Reddy ne yeh baat batayi.
India Mein Pehla State!
Telangana, SC categorisation ko implement karne wala India ka pehla state ban gaya hai. Yeh ek historical decision hai, jiske impact pure desh mein dekhe ja sakte hain.

SC categorisation ka matlab hai ki Scheduled Castes ke andar bhi alag-alag groups hain, jinke social and economic conditions alag-alag hain. Is categorisation se har group ko unki specific needs ke hisab se benefits mil sakenge.
