V2 Retail ka Naya Plan: Fund Raise kar ke Bade Expansion ki Tayari!

V2 Retail ka Expansion Plan: Kya Hai QIP?

V2 Retail Ltd. apne business ko aur bada karne ke liye fund raise karne ki soch rahi hai. Company Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) ke through funds raise karne ka proposal evaluate kar rahi hai. Whole-Time Director Akash Agarwal ne ye information di.

Fund ka Use Kahan Hoga?

Agarwal ne bataya ki jo bhi fund raise kiya jayega, uska use naye stores kholne aur company ke existing loans ko clear karne mein kiya jayega. Unhone NDTV Profit se baat karte hue kaha ki naye stores banane ka base cost abhi Rs 750 per square foot hai. Isliye, company store opening guidance bhi increase kar sakti hai. Agar market mein company ki valuation achhi hoti hai, toh QIP route se fund raise kiya ja sakta hai, jisse debts bhi pay off ho jayenge.

QIP ka Plan Abhi Discussion Mein Hai

QIP ka plan abhi sirf discussion phase mein hai. Agarwal ne kaha ki agar company ne last two years jaisa performance continue kiya, toh wo QIP route consider karenge. Unhone ye bhi clear kiya ki jo bhi fund raise hoga, wo business mein hi invest kiya jayega. Promoters ka stake dilution karne ka koi plan nahi hai. Company ka aim Pre-Ind AS Ebitda margin ko FY25 mein 8% se badha kar next two–three years mein 10% karna hai.

Profit Badhane ka Plan

Company three levels par kaam kar rahi hai. First level hai Rs 1,000-per-square-foot sale ko Rs 1,200 tak le jana. Second level hai head office aur warehousing cost ko larger store footprint par spread karna. Third level hai better product mix aur full price par zyada selling karna. Isse gross margin mein 100 basis points ka increase hoga, aisa top executive ne bataya.

No Brand Only Fashion (NBOF)

V2 Retail apne value-driven model par hi focus karega aur collection ko premiumise karne ka koi plan nahi hai. Company ne apne labels ko ek brand ke under unify karne ka decision liya hai. Is brand ka naam hai No Brand Only Fashion, yaani NBOF. Agarwal ne kaha ki ye ek bold statement hai. Company India ko ye batana chahti hai ki cool dikhne ke liye brand tag ki zaroorat nahi hai. Unhone kaha ki company is segment par focus karna chahti hai kyunki garment manufacturing cost aur selling price mein bahut bada gap hai, aur company is gap ko bridge karne ki koshish kar rahi hai.

Price Hike ka Koi Plan Nahi

Agarwal ne kaha ki inflation se zyada prices badhane ka koi plan nahi hai. Current ASP (average selling price) around Rs 300 hai, aur ye inflation ke according hi move karega. Isliye, koi significant change nahi hoga, sirf nominal growth hi hoga. Unhone ye bhi kaha ki company same model mein easily 3,000 stores open kar sakti hai.
