Kuch din pehle, ek news website pe Vedanta Ltd. ke bare mein ek khabar chha gayi thi. Isse BSE aur NSE dono ne company se clarification maangi. Economictimes.com pe 15 April, 2025 ko aayi yeh news Assam mein oil exploration blocks ke baare mein thi.
Company ne kya kaha?
Vedanta ne exchange filing mein saaf kiya ki Assam mein unhe OALP bid rounds mein exploration blocks mile hain. Yeh jankari pehle hi 29 August, 2018 aur 3 July, 2019 ko stock exchanges ko bheji ja chuki thi. Abhi yeh blocks exploration stage mein hain. Agar exploration successful raha, toh hydrocarbon kaise use karenge, iski planning hogi. Iske baad investment hoga, jiske baare mein board approval ke baad regulatory requirements ke hisab se jankari di jayegi.
Kya isse market pe koi asar padega?
Company ka kehna hai ki yeh news sirf initial discussions ki baat hai aur isse company pe koi material impact nahin hoga. Unhone yeh bhi bataya ki aaj tak koi aisi jankari nahin hai jisko exchange ko batane ki zaroorat hai. Monday ko Assam ke Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma ne Vedanta ke senior officers se baat ki thi. Rs 50,000 crore ke investment plan par baat hui thi.
Stock market mein Vedanta ka performance
Last two sessions mein Vedanta ke shares 5% badhe hain. April mein ab tak, four sessions mein shares green mein hain, aur paanch mein red mein. BSE pe Vedanta ke shares 4.08% badhkar Rs 395.80 ho gaye. Yeh clarification stock market band hone ke baad aaya tha.
