Vogue Philippines took its celebration of Filipino fashion to the international stage, unveiling Vogue Threads in Paris during Fashion Week. The event, a refined tribute to Filipino craftsmanship, marked the magazine’s second anniversary with a dazzling display of artistry and innovation.
Under the guidance of Editor-in-Chief Bea Valdes, and co-chaired by Gino Gonzales and Jojie Lloren, the Philippines illuminated the Palais Galleria on September 25th. Building upon the success of last year’s anniversary gala, which immersed guests in a multisensory journey through Filipino culture, Vogue Threads continued the celebration of Filipino creativity.
This year’s event focused on showcasing the work of both established and emerging Filipino designers. A captivating exhibition of intricate designer maquettes, displayed throughout the museum, offered a glimpse into the diverse and captivating world of Filipino fashion.
