ASUS has released new BIOS updates for its Intel-based motherboards to address game crashing issues reported by some Intel i9 users. The updates include an ‘Intel Baseline Profile’ that is designed to apply stock power limits to the CPU, improving stability. However, the feature does not fully meet expectations and users may still need to disable MCE (Multicore Enhancement) in the BIOS to achieve optimal performance. Other motherboard vendors are expected to follow suit with similar updates.
