The Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) has released the schedule and admit cards for the Physical Screening Test (PST) for the recruitment of 6000 constables under Advertisement Number 06/2024. The Haryana Police Constable Notification was initially released on June 28, 2024, with the application window open from June 29 to July 11, 2024. Following the Physical Measurement Test (PMT), the results have been declared, and qualified candidates are now set to appear for the PST. The PST will take place from August 1 to August 10, 2024.
Candidates who have cleared the PMT must download their admit cards to participate in the PST. To download the admit card, follow these steps:

3. Enter your registration number and date of birth.
4. Click on the Submit button.
5. Download and print your admit card.

The Haryana Police Constable Physical Screening Test (PST) 2024 includes specific race timings for different categories. Male candidates are required to complete a 2.5-kilometre race within 12 minutes, while female candidates must cover a 1.0-kilometre distance in 6 minutes. Ex-Servicemen (ESM) have a slightly shorter 1.0-kilometre race with a time limit of 5 minutes. These physical tests are designed to assess the endurance and fitness of candidates as part of the selection process for the constable recruitment.
