Wednesday’s Child, 14-year-old Destiny, was the recipient of a heartwarming makeover and words of encouragement from strangers at Paul Mitchell The School in Dallas. Destiny, who has faced challenges in her life, was surrounded by love and support as cosmetologists did her makeup, hair, and shared beauty tips. Beyond the physical transformation, Destiny also received words of comfort and reassurance from the team. Despite having recently left a group home she enjoyed, Destiny remained optimistic and expressed her desire for a forever family, filled with love, care, and support. The Tournage family, recognizing Destiny’s potential, has offered her a scholarship to any of their Paul Mitchell schools upon her high school graduation. Whether she chooses to pursue cosmetology or pediatrics, Destiny aspires to work with children, providing them with comfort and reminding them of the importance of perseverance.
