4 Regina Adults Accused of Armed Robbery

On Friday morning, police responded to a report of an armed robbery in the 800 block of Victoria Avenue. Upon arrival, officers learned that a male victim had been assaulted with weapons and had his belongings taken. Police quickly apprehended several suspects and, during the investigation, uncovered that one of the suspects had provided a false name. This individual was subsequently charged with obstruction. Further investigation revealed that the suspect was in breach of conditions. A search warrant was executed at a hotel room, leading to the recovery of the stolen belongings. As a result, four adults – Steven Blaine Pascal (45), Kenneth Robert Raymond Pascal (37), Raelene Delorme Starr (34), and Kailee Dawn Eger (33) – have been charged with robbery. Starr faces additional charges of obstruction and failing to comply. All four accused appeared in Provincial Court on Monday morning.
