Taylor Swift’s latest album, The Tortured Poets Department, has shattered Spotify records. To keep up with her demanding Eras tour, Swift follows an intense fitness routine designed by her personal trainer, Kirk Myers.
During her off-season, Swift trains six days a week, focusing on strength, conditioning, and core exercises. Myers emphasizes the importance of targeting her core, which supports her while singing, dancing, and moving on stage.
On her off days, Swift works with a chiropractor for recovery. Myers praises Swift’s unwavering dedication, stating, “If you’ve seen the show, you know how intense it is physically. Imagine doing that three, four days in a row and then you finally have a few off days and you’re still showing up to [the] gym. That’s Taylor.”
During the tour, Swift’s training focuses on maintenance and stability. Myers explains, “In-season training was more about maintenance and so it was more like stability, mobility, biomechanics.”
Swift’s commitment to fitness is evident in her impressive stage presence and ability to perform at her best throughout the rigorous Eras tour.
