Dr. Lankapalli Bullayya College of Engineering in Visakhapatnam has partnered with L&T EduTech to launch two programs aimed at enhancing engineering students’ skills and bridging the gap between academia and industry.
The first program, the College Connect Program, targets first- and second-year students and focuses on developing their technical and soft skills. The Employability Skilling Program, on the other hand, is designed for final and pre-final year students and aims to prepare them for the job market.
Both programs are part of a larger effort to ensure that engineering graduates are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the rapidly evolving industry landscape. Through these initiatives, students will gain hands-on experience, industry insights, and networking opportunities, enhancing their employability and career prospects.
