Electronic Arts (EA) has recently added Star Wars Jedi: Survivor to its EA Play subscription service in PlayStation regions, including the UK. This move was confirmed by IGN and comes ahead of an anticipated price increase for the service.
EA is yet to make an official announcement regarding this change, but EA Play is expected to undergo a price adjustment starting May 10th. The standard tier will reportedly rise from $4.99 to $5.99 per month, while the Pro tier will increase from $14.99 to $16.99 per month.
The inclusion of Star Wars Jedi: Survivor in EA Play may serve as a way to offset the impact of the upcoming price hike. It is likely that the game will also become available via Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, which includes EA Play, though the title is not yet visible in the Microsoft Store.
IGN’s review of Star Wars Jedi: Survivor awarded the game a score of 9/10, praising its gameplay and story. The reviewer expressed anticipation for a potential third installment in the series, stating that it could complete the ‘best Star Wars trilogy in 30 years’.
