The Karnataka government’s move to hand over the Neha Hiremath murder case to the CID has been met with gratitude from her father, Niranjan Hiremath. Speaking to ANI, he expressed his emotions and said, “Today is the 5th day of the ritual after the funeral. We prayed at the Cenotaph, and I have promised my daughter… When I came from the Cenotaph, the press media informed me that the Chief Minister had handed over the murder case to CID… I came here telling her soul that I will get you justice.”
