House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan is demanding documents and information from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) regarding a fatal raid in Little Rock, Arkansas. Jordan, a Champaign County Republican, sent a letter to ATF Director Steve Dettelbach on Monday expressing concerns that the predawn raid, which was conducted pursuant to a search warrant at the home of airport executive Bryan Malinowski, may have violated Department of Justice policies on ‘no knock’ entries and body camera usage.
