Alec Baldwin was caught on camera smacking the phone of an anti-Israel protester who repeatedly demanded he say “Free Palestine” inside a coffee shop.
The incident took place on Monday night and was captured on video that was later posted online. The footage shows the rabble-rouser approaching Baldwin while he appeared to be on the phone and at the cash register inside the shop.
“Alec, can you please say ‘Free Palestine’ one time,” said the protester, who hosts an “anti-fascist” show called Crackhead Barney & Friends.
She continued to accost Baldwin before he went toward the door and motioned for her to get out.
“Just say ‘Free Palestine’ one time, one time,” she said as he shook his head no and held the door open.
The podcast host also brought up his criminal case in New Mexico where he’s facing charges in the fatal shooting of Halyna Hutchins on the set of “Rust.”
It was not immediately clear what shop this occurred in and when the confrontation took place.
