Malayalam film superstar Mohanlal’s energetic dance performance at an awards function has become the talk of social media. The 61-year-old actor, who will soon turn 62, was seen dancing with infectious energy to ‘Zinda Banda’, a chartbuster from Atlee’s 2023 blockbuster action film ‘Jawan’. Sporting a cheetah-printed shirt, a brown leather jacket, and pants, Mohanlal showcased his impressive moves on stage.
Mohanlal’s performance extended beyond ‘Zinda Banda’. He also danced to ‘Hukum’, a song from ‘Jailer’ featuring Rajinikanth and composed by Anirudh Ravichander. Notably, Mohanlal made a cameo appearance in the film released last year.
The award function witnessed a special moment when Mammootty, upon winning the Best Actor Award, presented the trophy to Mohanlal and expressed his admiration for his fellow actor’s skills and dedication. Mammootty’s affectionate kiss on Mohanlal’s cheek left the audience in awe.
Apart from the awards function, Mohanlal recently commenced shooting for his 360th film, ‘L360’. Reuniting with Shobana for their 56th film together, Mohanlal plays a taxi driver, a role reminiscent of his early career. The film, directed by Tarun Murthy and produced by M. Renjith, is slated for release during Puja holidays in October.
