Following a successful trial, Primark is expanding its click and collect service to all stores in England, Scotland, and Wales. The service allows customers to order online and collect their purchases in-store, providing a convenient shopping option.
The expansion will take place in a phased manner, with the next wave of stores launching the service from April 23. By the end of 2025, all 184 Primark stores in England and Scotland are expected to offer click and collect.
In addition to expanding the number of stores offering the service, Primark will also increase the range of products available for click and collect. Customers will now be able to order women’s, men’s, and children’s clothing and accessories, as well as a selection of homeware and lifestyle items.
To use the click and collect service, customers can browse online and add items to a virtual basket. They can then choose a day to collect their parcel from a dedicated desk in any participating store. Orders are available for collection between two and seven days after the order has been placed.
There is no fee to use the click and collect service, but customers need to spend a minimum of £10 on their orders.
The expansion of Primark’s click and collect service is a response to the growing demand for online shopping. It provides customers with a convenient way to browse and purchase Primark products, while also offering the option to collect their orders in-store.
