The much-anticipated final episodes of the popular K-drama ‘Queen of Tears’ will air on tvN at a slightly earlier time than usual. Episodes 15 and 16 will now air on Saturday, April 27, and Sunday, April 28, at 9:10 p.m. KST, instead of the usual 9:20 p.m. KST slot. The episodes will also be available to stream on Netflix shortly after their broadcast on tvN.
In addition to the change in airtime, tvN has also announced that the programming length of the final episodes has been increased by 10 minutes. This means that viewers will be treated to an extra 10 minutes of their favorite K-drama, which will bring the total runtime of each episode to 70 minutes.
The final episodes of ‘Queen of Tears’ are expected to wrap up the tumultuous love story of Hong Hae-In (Kim Ji-Won) and Baek Hyun-Woo (Kim Soo-Hyun). The couple has faced numerous challenges throughout their marriage, including infidelity, betrayal, and separation. However, they have recently started to reconcile and fall in love with each other all over again.
In the upcoming episodes, Hae-In will suffer from memory loss after a successful operation. Although her chances of living longer have increased with the surgery, she now only remembers Baek Hyun-Woo’s name and nothing else. Meanwhile, Yoon Eun-Seong (Lee Moo-Saeng) has replaced Hyun-Woo as the head of the Queens Group, while Hyun-Woo languishes in jail, wrongly accused of murder.
Will Hae-In regain her memories? Will Hyun-Woo help the Queens Group seek revenge on Eun-Seong and his mother, Mo Seul-Hee (Cha Hwa-Yeon)? Only time will tell. Don’t forget to tune in to ‘Queen of Tears’ on Saturday, April 27, and Sunday, April 28, 2024, at 9:10 p.m. KST on tvN and later on Netflix to find out how it all ends.
