Supercell’s newest mobile game, Squad Busters, has entered soft launch in eight countries: Spain, Mexico, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Canada, and Singapore. This launch marks the first time players can get their hands on the highly anticipated game, which combines elements of RTS and MOBAs.
In Squad Busters, players recruit and upgrade characters from a variety of Supercell games, including Clash of Clans and Cellverse. By earning duplicate versions of characters, players can upgrade them into bigger, better, and more powerful forms. Doing so earns players portal energy, allowing them to progress along a campaign path.
The soft launch of Squad Busters is currently available for iPhone and Android users in the eight countries mentioned above. Players in other countries will have to wait for a wider release, which is expected to happen in the future.
