The research focused on patients admitted to hospitals for various medical conditions between 2016 and 2019, receiving treatment within hospital settings. Additionally, researchers discovered that women under the care of female doctors experience a decreased likelihood of hospital readmission. While the difference may appear minimal, amounting to a mere quarter percent, researchers emphasized the statistical significance and value of such findings.
