Donna Lewis, the Welsh singer known for her 1990s hit ‘I Love You Forever,’ has barely aged a day in the 28 years since the song’s release. Lewis, now 64, continues to perform and record music, and her recent Instagram post shows that she looks as fresh-faced as ever.
In 1996, ‘I Love You Forever’ reached number five on the UK Singles Chart and peaked in several other countries, including Australia, Austria, Canada, France, and the United States, where it charted at number two on the Billboard Hot 100. Lewis was originally signed to Atlantic Records, but she went independent after the release of her second album.
In 2021, Lewis was diagnosed with breast cancer, which put her plans for a tour, a television special, and remixes on hold. She spent the following year undergoing therapy but continued to write and record music. Now, she is teasing fans with the announcement that her new album will be dropping in the next few weeks.
Lewis currently resides in New York with her husband, Martin Harris, a business manager, and their son, Archie.
