Megan Thee Stallion Sued for Alleged Harassment and Fat-Shaming by Former Cameraman

Megan Thee Stallion, renowned rapper and GRAMMY award winner, is facing a lawsuit filed by her former cameraman, Emilio Garcia. The lawsuit alleges that Garcia was subjected to harassment, fat-shaming, and unpaid wages during his employment with Megan.

Garcia’s lawsuit stems from an alleged incident that occurred during a tour in Ibiza, Spain. Garcia claims that while traveling in an SUV with Megan and several other women, Megan and another woman engaged in sexual activity directly beside him. Garcia alleges that he felt embarrassed and humiliated by the incident, as he was unable to leave the moving vehicle and was stranded in an unfamiliar location.

Furthermore, Garcia claims that Megan subjected him to repeated fat-shaming comments, calling him derogatory names and telling him to restrict his food intake. Garcia also alleges that Megan instructed him not to discuss the incident with anyone.

After expressing concerns about unpaid wages and lack of appreciation for his work, Garcia alleges that Megan terminated his services without notice. Garcia claims that he was misclassified as an independent contractor despite working regular hours under Megan’s supervision and being required to complete various tasks at her direction.

Garcia’s lawsuit includes claims of harassment, unpaid wages, and other damages. Megan’s lawyer, Alex Spiro, has denied the allegations on her behalf, stating that the lawsuit is an attempt to embarrass Megan and that the matter will be addressed in court.
