Aparshakti Khurana, who has predominantly explored the comedy genre in his career, ventured into serious roles with ‘Jubilee’ and ‘Dhokha: Round D Corner’. He says that casting directors and filmmakers have seen a newfound intensity in him. However, he will soon be returning to comedy. Khurana made his debut with ‘Saat Uchakkey’ before gaining recognition in ‘Dangal’. Despite his brother Ayushmann Khurana’s success, Aparshakti maintains that he has achieved his success independently. He insists that Ayushmann has never used his influence to promote him. The two brothers have shared screen space in ‘Bala’. While recognizing Ayushmann’s accomplishments, Aparshakti emphasizes that he does not get overshadowed due to their sibling relationship. He believes that their distinct roles and choices have earned them respect and admiration. Aparshakti Khurana will next be seen in ‘Stree 2’.
