Kanye West Addresses Battery Case, Refutes Direct Involvement

Kanye West has addressed the recent battery case against him, denying that he witnessed the alleged groping incident that sparked the altercation. Appearing on Justin LaBoy’s The Download podcast, West recounted the events at the Chateau Marmont, stating that he had spoken to the alleged perpetrator and asked him to leave. However, the man refused, leading West to punch him.

West later learned that he had accidentally struck the twin brother of the alleged perpetrator, who was later identified as hospitality worker Mark Houston. The identity of the individual who Bianca Censori accused of inappropriately touching her remains unknown.

Law enforcement officials are investigating the case after learning that West punched an individual in the face on Tuesday night. According to TMZ, the unnamed individual allegedly pushed or grabbed Bianca, prompting West’s retaliation. Neither party sustained any injuries in the incident, and the person West is accused of punching did not seek medical treatment.
